Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 September 2026
We hold no accounts and ask for nothing to read this site. This policy explains the little data that is collected anyway, and what you can do about it.
1. Who we are
sweet-bonanza-supper-scatter.com is an independent information service covering the Sweet Bonanza Super Scatter slot. For the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 we are the data controller for personal data processed through this website. Contact: [email protected].
2. What we collect
2.1 Information you give us
Only what you put in an email — your address, your name if you sign it, and whatever the message contains. There is no registration, no login, no newsletter sign-up and no form that asks for personal details.
2.2 Information collected automatically
Standard web request data, processed to keep the site working and secure: IP address (truncated where analytics allows), browser type and version, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, time on page, and approximate location at city level derived from the IP address.
2.3 What we never collect
Casino usernames, passwords, card or bank details, identity documents, or any record of what you do at an operator once you leave this site. We have no technical means of seeing any of it.
3. Why we process it, and on what basis
- Operating the site — legitimate interests. Serving pages, balancing load, diagnosing errors.
- Security — legitimate interests. Detecting abuse, scraping and attacks.
- Analytics — consent. Aggregate measurement of which pages are read and where readers arrive from.
- Attribution of referrals — consent. Recording that a visit reached an operator through us, so the commercial arrangement can be settled.
- Answering your email — legitimate interests, or performance of a request you made.
- Legal compliance — legal obligation, where we must retain or disclose data.
Where the basis is consent, you may withdraw it at any time through the cookie controls in your browser or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already happened.
4. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies, which cannot be switched off without breaking the site, and optional analytics and attribution cookies which run only with consent. Full detail, including retention periods per category, is in our Cookie Policy.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We never have. Data is shared only with:
- Hosting and content delivery providers, who process request data to serve the site.
- Analytics providers, in aggregate form, where you have consented.
- Affiliate networks, which receive a referral identifier when you follow a commercial link. This tells the operator that a visit came from us; it does not tell us who you are or what you did afterwards.
- Law enforcement or regulators, where we are legally required to disclose.
6. International transfers
Some providers operate outside the United Kingdom. Where data is transferred abroad it is protected by UK adequacy regulations or by the International Data Transfer Agreement, or equivalent safeguards.
7. How long we keep it
- Server logs — up to 30 days, then deleted.
- Analytics data — up to 14 months in aggregate form.
- Attribution records — up to 90 days.
- Email correspondence — up to 24 months, or longer where a dispute is unresolved.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Be told what we hold about you and receive a copy.
- Have inaccurate data corrected.
- Have data erased, where no overriding obligation requires us to keep it.
- Restrict or object to processing, including profiling.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Email [email protected] to exercise any of these. We respond within one calendar month, free of charge. We may ask you to confirm your identity where a request concerns specific data.
9. Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly process data relating to children. If you believe we hold data about a minor, contact us and it will be deleted.
10. Security
The site is served over HTTPS with modern TLS. Access to any stored correspondence is restricted to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we hold very little that would be of interest to anyone.
11. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our processing changes or when the law does. The date at the top of the page reflects the most recent substantive revision. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for a reasonable period.
